Appointment times include everything from check-in to checkout—questions, consultation, payment, and the massage itself. A 60-minute appointment means 60 minutes total.

Life happens. Meetings run long, cars break down, and people get sick. I genuinely understand. To be fair to all clients and respectful of everyone's time, I've adopted the following policies:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling. This allows someone else the opportunity to book that time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

No-Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying clients scheduled after you. If there isn't enough time remaining for a meaningful treatment, I may need to reschedule. The full session fee applies regardless of the actual treatment length.
